In Case Wrong/Damaged Item Is Delivered

In case a wrong item is delivered, please reach out to us at shopping@theaeonex.com with the unboxing video & images of the package within 2 days of delivery and we will deliver the right item at no cost.

Replacement/Return Policy

Please note the mentioned below terms and conditions for replacement:

• Item was defective
• Item was damaged in transit
• Product(s) was/were missing (Customer must share the unpacking video with our support team)
• Wrong item was received

Refund Policy

Customers can only get a refund of money in the following cases:

• When product is out of stock or unavailable
• The brand has discontinued the product
